Patty Duke - Patty

A darling of the 60s, she never had the greatest voice, but this very lovely cover almost makes up for her lack of vocal chops. I like the two-tone feel, and for my money the visual composition is awesome: perfect balance and beautiful vertical lines. Quite a minimalist approach, but everything fits together.

A very classy cover. Too bad my copy has a deletion hole on the top left corner and a fairly big crease in the bottom right corner...

Long live vinyl.
